PLAN

Decide what features you would like to see implemented on your site. The best way to do this is to look around at sites you like and make some notes. Note their URL and the things you like best about them. It also helps to keep notes on what you don’t like as well.

Then, our companies work through your wants as they apply to your needs, goals and budget. We can work together to figure out the solution that will work best for your particular needs.

DESIGN

After the elements your site will require are decided, a rough draft prototype is developed. This will allow you to have something physical to look at and critique, as well as provide direction for future tweaks. You can study the prototype, decide what needs changing, what you’re not sure of, and what you like in particular, so that we can move forward. Taking that information a secondary design is made (if necessary) and presented that to you. Typically, because of our previous discussions and good, open communication, no more than two prototypes are necessary.

ASSEMBLE

After you’ve signed off on the designs, The actually building your site begins. Each site is typically developed using XHTML, CSS and PHP to ensure that your site is state of the art and will last for years and years to come.

(Before we can begin actually building your site at this stage, we’ll need all of your site’s initial copy and graphics as well as domain and ftp information. )

PROGRAM

Forms, emails and any other scripts will be written and tested.

When all specifictions are completed, then you have the opportunity to thoroughly scrutinize your site, making sure that everything is just as we planned and at that point your site will go live.

MARKET

After your site has been up for about a week, we will optimize and register the site. The search engines and your customers will be able to begin finding your site. If you have requested site statistics, you will be able to see your site traffic now, too.

MAINTENANCE

A website, like any other business location, will need ongoing maintenance to keep things running optimally. Quarterly maintenance and marketing options are affordable and advantageous for the ongoing success of your site.
